VANDALISM of Minimal Targeted visitors Neighbourhood (LTN) bollards in Oxford has “gone much too far”, say councillors.
Two LTNs, which are developed to reduce traffic, had been allegedly set on fireplace overnight (03) in Howard Street and Barnet Road.
The suspected arson follows weeks of LTN vandalism producing Oxford County Council, who introduced the demo of the bollards in March, to fork out £12,000 in repairs.

Even so Councillor Damian Haywards, who signifies the Iffley Fields and St Mary’s Wards, stated the council will “not be intimidated” by the act and hopes to put in CCTV in impacted spots.
