What are the Best Natural Sleeping Tablets?

As we are all painfully aware sleep is fantastic for our mental and physical well being. A good night’s sleep helps to ward off long term illness and mental health problems. Sadly, we are not all blessed with the ability to fall asleep quickly or we don’t get enough good quality rest. If, like me, you have difficulty sleeping and have tried every natural remedy under the sun, but still need help, then this article should help you. In this post, I will discuss the joys of natural sleeping tablets – what they are and which ones I think are the best.

The idea of a sleeping pill has always filled me with fear. What if I take one and don’t wake up? This is completely irrational I realise, but a fear of mine nonetheless. Luckily, as the importance of getting a good night’s sleep is becoming more known, we are seeing a rise in the number of sleep related remedies to help. In particular, this means you don’t have to rely on a synthetically made sleeping pill that knocks you out but can find natural sleeping tablets that will work just as well, but not leave you feeling so groggy.

Natural sleeping tablets can either be made from just one ingredient such as melatonin sleeping tablets or a blend such as the Paso Sleep Capsules. It is important to note though, that if you are buying your natural sleeping tablets in the UK, you will not be able to buy anything with melatonin as that requires a prescription. Instead you will need to look for ones that contain natural sources of melatonin such as L-Tryptophan or Griffonia Seed extract.

I personally find natural sleeping tablets that are made from a blend of ingredients tend to be more effective. It also means you don’t have to remember to take various different sleep supplements and only need to take one each night. A sleep blend will have a range of different ingredients that have been specifically selected for the great role they play with our sleep.

There are specific blends that will focus on different stages of sleep either a sleep aid to help you fall asleep more quickly or one that helps you sleep more deeply. So depending on what your issues are you will be able to search for natural sleeping tablets to help specifically with that. Again though, I have gone for and found the most value in a natural sleeping tablet that has selected something for each stage of sleep. This means, each part of my sleep is taken care of by one capsule. My brand of choice for this are the Paso Sleep Capsules I mentioned earlier. Their natural sleeping supplements use calming plant extracts to help you relax before bed making it easier to fall asleep, natural sources of GABA for you to enjoy a deeper sleep and natural sources of melatonin to help regulate your sleep cycle.

I have been trying the Paso Sleep Capsules for just over a month now and have definitely noticed a difference. They do not knock you out and I was unsure at first whether I was feeling anything at all. But after a week of taking them every night I did realise when I woke up that I had drifted off more quickly, had more dreams and felt more refreshed in the morning.

You’d think that with a pill for sleep you’d only take it when you can’t sleep, but I like this concept of taking almost a vitamin specifically for sleep. Some of our most important brain activities happen when we sleep specifically for our long and short term memory. Paso calls their capsules an advanced nootropics blend and nootropics are supplements or pills that specifically improve cognitive function, particularly memory and creativity which happens in abundance at night.

Give them a go and let me know what you think or if you have any other suggestions!
