Mr Elliott claimed he wanted the union to wind back again its industrial action from Friday.

“We will be delivering them with the phrases of the negotiations that have been settled today above the program of the afternoon … my expectation is we see our public transportation procedure working as usual from Friday.

The govt has also agreed to unique negotiations on pay and allowances. 

Most lately, a breakdown in talks about the safety concern prompted the RTBU to just take industrial action this 7 days, with trains functioning slower than 60 kilometres an hour on Tuesday. 

On Friday, motorists are planning to only run about 30 for every cent of the existing fleet, which means only about 25 for every cent of rail products and services will operate.
