  • two teaspoons of lemon zest

  • salt to taste

  • A quarter of a cup of raw cashews
  • 2 cups of cauliflower florets
  • two tablespoons of nutritional yeast,
  • a quarter teaspoon of garlic powder,
  • dried onion flakes or half a teaspoon of onion powder,
  • half a lemon,
  • a third of a cup of ice-cold water,
  • Salt to taste,

Instructions to cook the pasta

  1. Take a large pot of water and fill it up. Bring the water to a boil and when it’s boiling put in the pasta of your choice, preferably fettuccine. Please leave it to boil away and cook.
