LUCKI TOO CLOSE TO TRUDEAU

Article content

Re: LILLEY UNLEASHED: Trudeau, Blair and Lucki should resign, online edition, June 22

Truer words were never spoken, and if Trudeau, Blair and Lucki egregiously used the Nova Scotia mass murder to give credence and cover to Trudeau’s latest gun grab, they definitely need to resign.

Having served in the RCMP for nearly 40 years, I no longer recognize that organization under the leadership of Brenda Lucki. The downslide began when Lucki agreed with Trudeau that the RCMP is systemically racist, without providing any evidence. Obviously to appease Trudeau and keep her job, Lucki has made recruiting all about diversity, had members act as porters for Trudeau’s asylum seekers, who entered Canada illegally, and has been “less than aggressive” concerning the WE Charity scandal, the SNC-Lavalin scandal and Trudeau’s freebee Aga Khan holiday.

Article content

Lucki is not doing enough to prevent the flow of illegal opioids and other drugs into Canada, with thousands of young Canadians dying from opioid overdoses. The current RCMP commissioner has become far too close to the Trudeau government and has lost perspective of what Canadians expect of the RCMP.

Even when Lucki leaves, Trudeau will no doubt simply replace her with another lackey, who will serve him rather than the Canadian public.

SINGH NEEDS TO MAKE AMENDS

The Federal Liberals have way too much baggage now to hang onto power with the NDP. I doubt very much I, like many others, will ever vote for the New Democratic Party again since it betrayed and destroyed trust, along with its image, by attaching itself to the Justin Trudeau federal Liberals, who are bouncing from one scandal to another.

Article content

The only way for Mr. Singh to make amends now is to just plain come to his senses and allow a no-confidence vote, which would propel the NDP back to sanity. But first perhaps get a dental plan in place with the Conservatives before an election call. If anything, the NDP should be talking directly to the Conservative party now and making sure something as credible as dental for all Canadians is in place, or at least a discount from the huge cost of tooth decay and repair.

Mr. Singh needs a clear decay record from the dentist by getting rid of the Trudeau toothache ASAP.

A NEW ARENA?

A new arena for the Ottawa Senators? Spend the money on some star players. We have an arena, what we don’t have is a quality organization trying to win a Stanley Cup. Just saying!

ARREST THAT LEGAL GUN OWNER

The feds better hurry up and ban those guns. The other day, there was another shooting in the city’s east end. I hope the authorities will arrest the lawful gun owner who was responsible for this violent criminal act. Oh, wait, maybe, just maybe, it wasn’t a legal gun owner after all.
