What of Barcelona?
It is not only Arsenal and Tottenham fighting Chelsea for Raphinha’s signature, with Barcelona also involved.
The Athletic report on personal preference being the ultimate decider in where the Brazilian ends up – with his desire to land at the Camp Nou well reported.
However, they are currently not in a position to satisfy Leeds’ demands for Raphinha, meaning he would have to turn down Chelsea in the fading hope that Barcelona will arrive for him later in the window.
Chelsea and Leeds in ‘full agreement’ over Raphinha
Fabrizio Romano putting Chelsea’s Raphinha bid at around £60m to £65m including add-ons.
He adds there is “full agreement” between the clubs over the deal with the next step being personal terms talks, something co-owner Todd Boehly is named as very much involved in.
Chelsea close in on Raphinha
Chelsea are near to agreeing a £55million deal to sign Raphinha from Leeds.
The Athletic report on the Blues verbally indicating to the Whites that they would be happy to meet their valuation of the Brazilian winger.
Furthermore, Goal detail Thomas Tuchel’s personal desire to sign Raphinha, who Sportitalia say has been a target since the winter.
Arsenal and Tottenham have also been tracking the player.
Milan eye Ziyech swoop
Chelsea have told AC Milan they can only sign Hakim Ziyech on loan with an obligation to buy, rather than the option to buy.
That is according to Tuttosport, who report on the Italian champions eyeing a pair of signings.
Along with Ziyech, Milan want to sign Arsenal target Marco Asensio and, should they fail, Club Brugge starlet Charles De Ketelaere for £35m.
Malacia set to sign for Man United
Manchester United are closing in on the first signing of Erik ten Hag’s spell as manager with a fee agreed for Tyrell Malacia.
The Feyenoord left-back, 22, broke into the Netherlands national team last year and helped his club reach the Europa Conference League final, which they lost to Jose Mourinho’s Roma.
Reports suggest United will pay an initial £13million for Malacia, with £1.7m in add-ons, should he accept their offer ahead of interest from Lyon.
Feyenoord sporting director Frank Arnesen told 1908.nl: “The agreement is there. We are now waiting for Tyrell. If he says yes, then a transfer to Manchester United is imminent.”

Mbappe ‘behind Neymar sale’
Kylian Mbappe is the man behind PSG’s decision to sell Neymar, according to El Pais.
The Brazilian’s lack of discipline was brought up by his teammate in contract negotiations before Mbappe snubbed Real Madrid to remain in France, it is claimed.
Barcelona is Neymar’s ideal destination, the report adds, with Juventus also sniffing around a loan deal that will need PSG to pay off part of his salary.
Inter chief teases Lukaku arrival
Romelu Lukaku could make his return to Inter Milan this evening ahead of completing a loan switch from Chelsea.
Giuseppe Marotta, the Italian club’s chief executive, teased the imminent signing of the Belgian with a medical set to take place on Wednesday.
As he left an FIGC conference on Tuesday afternoon, Marotta was asked by reporters when Lukaku will arrive in Milan, to which he replied: “Tonight I think.”
It is worth adding that reports of Lukaku touching down in the past couple of hours are premature, with an old video of his 2019 arrival doing the rounds on social media.

Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Bournemouth are the most likely clubs to sign Bernd Leno.
Kicker report on the German goalkeeper being available to leave Arsenal this summer ahead of his contract expiring in a year, particularly after Matt Turner’s arrival.
But interest from Newcastle has faded after they signed Nick Pope.
PSG move in on Scamacca
Le Parisien report on PSG turning their attention to Gianluca Scamacca – a striker previously touted as an Arsenal target.
Neither Hugo Ekitike nor Moussa Dembele are thought to interest the Ligue 1 champions, leading to the Italian becoming their ideal summer buy.
Sassuolo will ask for around £36million to sell Scamacca.
Done deal! Monaco sign Minamino from Liverpool
Monaco have now completed the signing of Takumi Minamino from Liverpool.
The Japanese forward has moved to the principality in a deal worth around £15.5m – £12.9m up front plus a further £2.6m in add-ons, per Sky Sports.
Minamino had become surplus to requirements at Liverpool, spending the second half of last season out on loan at Southampton.
